Matthew 15: 24
But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Now this statement begs the question as to who are the lost sheep of Israel? Do you recall when God divorced the 10 tribes of Israel? They were scattered throughout the world. Could it be that you are in fact a descendant of one of those tribes, you most likely are?
I recently heard a teaching that America was the new promised land. It makes sense wherein millions of people have longed to move here in the hope of a better life. It also makes sense that our enemies are hard at work doing all they can to destroy hope in the land and its people.
In the founding and settling of our great nation, many mistakes were made and many horrible choices were made. Yet God has never lifted His hand of protection from us. Remember a father who does not discipline his children hates them, prepare yourselves and repent.
It is most challenging to walk in the fullness of our calling when most don’t even know their ancestry. Nothing that I have written so far conflicts with scripture, yet many would believe that only those who reside in the nation of Israel are God’s chosen people, and it is my understanding that those same people truly believe themselves special over everyone else. Let’s see what the Bible has to say about such matters.
Matthew 3: 9
And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
Matthew 12: 48-50
But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.
