James 1: 1
James (Jacob), a servant of God and of our Lord Jesus the Messiah, to the twelve tribes sown in the gentile-peoples: Peace! (Ancient Roots Translinear Bible)
I was shown this recently while I was in prayer. Notice the use of sown into the gentile people.
I have written many times concerning who are God’s chosen people. It was no accident that the descendants of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob were sent to the ends of the earth among the Gentiles.
Adam and Eve were given a commission to subdue the earth and replenish it, sowing the seeds of righteousness throughout the earth. Yet the enemy came in and destroyed those plans upon which God destroyed all that He had created, save eight.
We would do well to come to terms with the reality that it has always been a remnant and that will never change.
Matthew 7: 13-14
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
The business of religion would have us believe that eternal life is simply a matter of uttering a few words and attending Sunday services and you’re good to go. That is not how I read the above passage, nor is it the intended meaning.
We are entering a season of the separation of the sheep and the goats. Now is the time to get right with Jesus and make the full commitment to come out of the religious system and be transformed into the image of Christ.
2 Corinthians 6: 17
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
Revelation 18: 4
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
I want to thank all of those who support this ministry through prayers and gifts, it means a great deal.
